If a staff member is not available the day that the MDS is printed and needs to be signed, they need to have a back up plan - they need to make arrangements for someone else to sign for them. This back up person is signing that they have reviewed the MDS and agree with the information in those sections. How would one's signature differentiate between actually doing that section of the MDS or "have reviewed the MDS and agree with the information in those sections"?
