All medicare assesmnets have to signed on the RB2 with in 14 days
of ARD date and then submitted with in 31 days of RB2 date.
When you do an OBRA assesment with medicare the OBRA assesment over
rides the medicare rules
Per
OBRA an admission assesment ARD is 1-14 of admsssiom date and RB2 has to be
1-14 days of admssion date. Raps are with in 7 days of RB2 date and
Careplan with in 7 days of VB2 date,You then have 31 days from VB4 date to
transmit. I have a handy dandy little chart from [EMAIL PROTECTED] that has all this info.I
belive this is correct for MO. If wrong some one stop me

Subject: A question about ARD and R2B...I need clarification about dates. Can the R2B be 7 days after the ARD and RAPS/CP be 7 days after the R2B for any assessment, OBRA and PPS?
