The company that wants to come in will provide x-ray services as part of the cost of the procedure.

These would all be big issues.  You would also be taking the liability
if this person came in house to put the picc line in and it was out of
place and you ran fluids.  It is always better to get them verified by
x-ray.  Either way, it will cost you money.
