Your signature in R2b must be on or after the latest date in AA9 , so, if AA9 is late then R2b must be late.  A lot of late assessments would raise a red flag.

Subject: AA9 dates for signatures

I know this has been talked about frequently, usually myself starting the conversation.  I have trouble grasping the concept of dates and signatures at AA9.  If I understand correctly when you sign the form, you date it for the actual day the pen meets the paper.  If I understand correctly we have 14 days after the ARD to sign.  Right?  We have weekly careplans and I try to have the basic tracking form there for the others to sign.  I am not always totally efficient and sometimes I don't have it the meeting.  Would it cause a red flag if there are a lot of assessments that are dated after the allotted 14 days?  I hope this makes sense.  Thanks.
Michelle
