I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving, and now we are shopping till we drop for the holidays!!
On my Nursing Home inspection form there are two questions, I hope someone could answer and clarity for me, please.
1} What is the meaning of unavoidable pressure sores opposed to avoidable?
I am not really sure of this meaning.
2} And how many pressure sores in a Nursing home should I be concerning about? 5, 10 , 20. More or less, that would be a red flag for me?
Any website or info. I can read or learn about this?
