Hello I need a consult. I am looking for any HIPAA regulation regarding visitors entering your building? I am not sure if there is any, but was hoping someone would be more knowledgeable regarding HIPAA and its many aspects. We have our own policy, but I needed to see if and where there is a HIPAA regulation.
Any regulation on any visitor entering the building, regardless if they are seeing residents or are vendors, would be helpful if it exists.
