How in the world are you going to keep small, active kids (with or w/o diabilities!_) in a little room with the door closed and focused on toileting q. 30 minutes?
I don't think the state surveyors in MY state would be very keen about the issue of eating in the bathroom, either. On the question of doing assessments with antidepresssants, I would be doing Fall Risk Assessments, rather than restraint assessments, as an antidepressant isn't considered a chemical restraint. The issue of clonidine used for behavioral issues is interesting though, because of the sleepiness, etc. it's use causes.
