Oh, Holly shame on you for bringing this dead horse to life!! We shall now
have at least 50 answers discussing "the date the pen met paper" and the
"date the assessment was done". I'm going to go hide in a missile silo
somewhere. (Just kidding!!!) Apparently, the manual contradicts itself.

I really hate to beat a dead horse, but I feel compelled -sorry - Where does
it state in the MDS manual that the
signature dates need to be the date signed - or is this coming from a
standard of practice/legal issue? I do not think this is happening in our
facilities and if not I would like to address with as much information as
possible. Sorry I just recently deleted my old postings, so I can't even go
back. Any info. would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
