I really hate to beat a dead horse, but I feel compelled -sorry
- Where does it state in the MDS manual that the
signature dates need to be the date signed - or is this coming
from a standard of practice/legal issue? I do not think this is
happening in our facilities and if not I would like to address with as
much information as possible. Sorry I just recently deleted my old
postings, so I can't even go back. Any info. would be appreciated. Thank
you in advance.
