If a resident was Medicare skilled had a 3 day qualifying stay, the Admission, 5 day MDS was completed but prior to the 14 day assessment the resident was readmitted to the hospital, has been there since 11/20 and is returning today, what kind of assessment do I do? The bed was held the entire time the resident was in the hospital.
