You would do a medicare readmission/return assessment (coded 0 5 under reasons for assessment in section A8). If this resident meets the criteria for a signficant change then do a significant change/medicare readmission/return assessment (coded 3 5 under reasons for assessment in section A8).

The bed was held the entire time the resident was in the hospital.
