Libby,
ICD 9 Codes are for medical diagnoses, not procedure codes. You are describing a medical procedure.  You could code for seroma (or whatever, the MD called the fluid collection that necessitated the aspiration)  but there is no need (that I am aware of) to code the actual procedure anywhere.
