The resources I am referring to is the SSI check minus the $30.00 & the C+ payment. I have a friend who has a loved one in a nursing home... the resident is MCR A and my friend has received a bill for "resources"... not the 20% co-pay. I have a billing question... are resources charged to a person when on MCR  A?  or just when MCD comes into effect?
