It's my understanding that the resource/liability can be charged for the co-insurance portion of the Medicare A stay for a Medicaid Resident.

May I ask what resources you are talking about? Even through we do not bill individual services or items to Medicare Part A they should be listed on the UB92.
I have a billing question... are resources charged to a person when on MCR  A?  or just when MCD comes into effect?
