Just playing devil's advocate - If the resident had been re-admitted to
the same Skilled Nursing Facility and that facility knew it had at one time
been a Stage 4 how would they stage it as compared to a facility that doesn't
know what it had been in the past? I wish we could just "describe the
wound as we see it" at all times versus all this other stuff.
