The patient can be covered her full 100 days from the day PT/OT  first 
skilled her as long as she has a qualifying stage 4, stage 3, or  multiple stage 2 
pressure areas.  I am assuming she had a full 100 day  benefit period when this 
all started.  She will just be in a medical RUG  instead to a rehab RUG  with 
doing the OMRA.
