classification
I USE THE CALSSIFICATION IN THE PDR. ONE CAN ALWAYS ADDRESS THE
USE OF THESE OTHER MEDICATIONS UNDER PSYCH RAP, BEHAVIOR RAP, ETC... EVEN
IF IT DID NOT TRIGGER.I WOULS ALSO INCLUDE IT AS AN APPROACH ON MY
CAREPLAN.

When documenting medications, do you classify a med
for the purpose it is being given or the classification the medication is
in the PDR? Our psych MD frequently puts residents on Neurotin for
anxiety. Tanya
