I guess we are lucky.  We have 4 MDS coordinators 1 for 40 residents.  We average 12-15 medicare patients.  We are each responsible for a committee and attend QR, weekly medicare/Therapy meetings, and weekly mgmt meetings.   Heidi Ebertowski,R.N.
