I work in a hospital based SNF that has 50 total beds, 11 of which are medicare A.  I am the only RNAC.  I have to plan my vacations very carefully.  The ADON used to be the RNAC so she can back me up if I need it but she hasn't worked with the MDS in almost 2 years and she hasn't stayed up to date with the changes.
