Hi Dawn,
And welcome to cmdg.  Your email addy is new to me.

This was discussed earlier this week, and I think the answers ranged from about 1 RNAC/40 residents (Dreamland, in my opinion.  I wanna move there) to 1/100+.  I have been the only RNAC for 118 beds, dually certified with about 15-20 Medicare on average.  Also do all the preadmission screenings, coordinate admission process.  We have 2 separate buildings, so it is quite a challenge.

I have an assistant who started Monday. She will be handling the 21-bed satellite SNF unit in our CCRC down the street.

Again, welcome to the group. It's a wonderful source of info and support.

Subject: how many?

Would anyone kindly tell me how many RNAC's are in your facility?  Or how many residents you have if you are the only RNAC?
