ANN do you complete all the OBRA MDS assessments, or do you have floor nurses help you?

I wish we could have another licensed nurse (at least part time) to help with the process.

 

I am also from Mass and work in a 126 bed dually certified facility. Have had as many as 20 MED a's,

but we are down to 9 right now.  I am the only RNA,C, but I am fortunate that I have some nurses

that do OBRA assessments (quarterlies, annual, admission, Sig changes).
