Hello All,
Under special treatments and procedures,  the (e part, Psychological therapy  
by any licensed mental health  professional).  Just exactly what does it 
cover and how must it be  documented to count in this area.  I don't recall ever 
seeing this area  with anything listed.  How can we utilize this?  Thanks in 
advance for  all help.   You are a great group.
