All:
I received
some great links from Carrie O'Connell with my last question. I tried to
look up info about section AD to see when it is required, but did not find it
listed at all in the Data Specifications table. I submitted a test MDS
with nothing in AD and it was accepted with no warnings. Can anyone tell
me more about this section and whether it is needed or
not.
