In the April 2004 update instructions on this section the wording has been changed to read: When the RN Assessment Coordinator worked on the Background (Face Sheet) Information at Admission, he or she must enter his or her signature on the date it is complete.   So I am assuming that if the RN Assessment Coordinator did not work on the background information of section AB &AC they need not sign section ADa.

signing just shows you reviewed it as complete

Subject: SECTION AD

Stupid question here,
am I clear that if I do not fill out any part(s) of section AB or AC that I
do not need to sign at ADa??

Thanks
