The way I interpret your question is can you combine a Q OBRA
assessment with a 30 OR 60 day Medicare? The answer is yes. If they
were in your building before, come back Medicare, and there is no Sig
Chng, then you can have a Q with any Medicare assessment.

I have several residents that are completing their 100d, but
will remain long term. Over last 3yrs haven't had this scenerio, I
realize that I can mix a 90 day and qtr together, but can you do the
same with a 30 and 60 day?
