All of our dx appear at the bottom of our physician orders (carbon of whichh are MARS)
which we receive from pharmacy on day of admit. Physician signs within 72 hours.
Once physician signs, isn't s/he signing that s/he agrees with meds, dosage,,
administration times, dx. etc. If so, is this enough?>
