since activity did occur (even 1 time) code it as a 4/2...... The second
example would be a 3/2. To be coded as a "4" the activity has to be a "4"
EACH & EVERY time it occurs.

How would you code the folowing examples?

ADL documentation for transfers over past 7 days, all
3 shifts show a resident who is coded 8/8 for all but
one shift, on this one shift he is 4/2. SInce you
cant code it an 8/8 as the activity did occur at least
once how would you score? Same scenario with only two
shifts coded, 4/2 and 3/2? Thanks
