I am not sure from your email if you are looking at
self performance or staff support.
If you are asking about support provided, you code
the highest level of support provided during the assessment period, even if it
occurred only once. In this case, you would code 3 for 2 or more staff
supporting. If you are asking about self-performance, then you have
to dig a little deeper and find out whether the assistance was weight bearing or
total staff performance. If Total staff performance was provided during your
assessment period, but not every time, then code for extensive. If weight
bearing assistance was provided 3 or more times, code for extensive
also.
