Probably not. Since the codes are not used for payment (unless your State uses it somehow for Medicaid), and it is not a piece of resident identification, the only other concern is for the careplan. Did the careplan call for something specific having to do with the code that was incorrectly entered. This is unlikely, but possible. If you are changing the careplan as a result of finding this error, then do the modification. Otherwise, just make sure it si correct on the next assessment.
