Good Morning
all! Question for
the group……..I am not seeing my answer in the SOM or RAI. Is there
a regulation regarding specific time frames where we must show that resident /
representative has been involved with the IDT and the care planning process? Example… care conference? I am not sure
if this is a state requirement for us or CMS……..needing
documentation. Thanks!! |
