I don't know if this will answer your question, but .......look at tag F-280 in the watermelon book. It talks about resident/ family participation. Under "Guidelines to Surveyors" question #2 asks in what ways are residents/ families involved in careplanning, ,,, and question #3 asks if staff make an effort to schedule CP meetings @ the best time of day for residents/ families. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Kromm, Teresa Sent: Friday, January 23, 2004 1:44 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Quarterly meeting with resident for care planning
Good Morning all! Question for the group..I am not seeing my answer in the SOM or RAI. Is there a regulation regarding specific time frames where we must show that resident / representative has been involved with the IDT and the care planning process? Example care conference? I am not sure if this is a state requirement for us or CMS..needing documentation. Thanks!! [[ Unknown attachment : 4866 in winmail.dat ]]
