We have a care conference "Sheet", where everyone signs in, including family & resident if they come.  Under the notes section, if family doesn't come, I will note:  Family did not attend although invited.  (They are all sent a letter, with the day and time, with a note that if it is not convenient, that they can call and request another time.)   That covers us, and indicates the level of involvement of family, legal guardians, etc. Corey ----- Original Message ----- From: Kromm, Teresa To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, January 23, 2004 1:43 PM Subject: Quarterly meeting with resident for care planning Good Morning all!   Question for the group……..I am not seeing my answer in the SOM or RAI.
