Hi,
I have a resident that has duoderm applied around the trach site after cleansing with Cara klenz.The skin around the trach site is intact.How would you code this in section M. Would it be coded as M5g-application of dressings or M5i-Other preventive or protective skin care (since the skin is intact and the duoderm is being used to protect the area.)
