I never have.  Just because the doctor orders PT/OT eval and treat I don't
think that you actually know that they will pick them up for treatment until
they have evaluated them.

I know this question has been beat to death I'm sorry for asking again.

 If you admit a resident for skilled with PT orders and you send them back
to the hospital within 2 hours of admit PT has not evaluated yet can you
still project for a rehab Rug ?
