If PT has not evaluated, no.  There would be no way for PT to be able to estimate minutes if they have not actually seen the resident.

I know this question has been beat to death I'm sorry for asking again.

 If you admit a resident for skilled with PT orders and you send them back to the hospital within 2 hours of admit PT has not evaluated yet can you still project for a rehab Rug ?
