In our facility for the 7 day assessment period we have an assessment form they complete with each neb treatment during this time frame. They need to be getting treatments at least 3 times a day in order for you to get enough minutes as it has to be 15 min per day. The assessment includes lung sounds, oxygen sats, # of respirations per min, pulse, c/o SOB, use of accessory muscles.
