I'm working in Bloomfield Hills, at a Medilodge facility for about another 30 seconds or so.  I actually live in Oak Park, right between Ferndale, and Southfield.  You're about 35 minutes away.

Generally, in a nursing facility where I'm at, more than 75% of the residents are at least partially demented, and cannot be left alone with the nebulizer running.  I'm in the Metro Detroit Michigan area.  It ends up on the top of their head, on the bedspread, hanging off the side rail, etc., etc., etc.  Usually the nurse must stay in sight of the resident and give cues:  Take deep breaths;, no - put the mask back over your nose and face; hold the mask up straight, LET GO OF THE MASK, Please?!, etc., etc.,
