Illinois

For a very brief time (maybe a couple of weeks), Illinois expected MDSs to be submitted within 7 days as opposed to 31 days. I believe they were bombarded with complaints, concerns about how this policy was initiated, etc…fortunately they changed the rule back to 31 day submission.

What state?

The directions at the bottom of Michelle's form talk about the Public Aid Reimbursement system.

Have I missed something?  I thought we had 31 days to send an MDS to the state.  What is this sending by day 7 or get the default rate?  Is this for every MDS, every PPS MDS, in every state?  I'm in trouble.

If I did this right there should be an attachment of the form I use.  If not, email me your fax # and I'll fax it to you.
