Generally, therapy that is ordered during the first few days of a stay can be projected through day 15 in Section T on the 5 day assessment. In this case I would be hesitant to do that since the therapy appears to have been stopped due to the resident's inability to participate prior to the ARD. Even though there is an order, there was apparently no intent to continue through day 15.
