We develooped a facility policy for routine ADL care to cover almost every contingency. dentures, eyeglasses, showers, shampooos, ROM, turning, repositioning, toileting, checking and changing, etc. etc. etc. We have it in our policy and procedure book. We have it laminated inthe front of every ADL book that the CNAs use at least once a shift. Now, I can say, ADL's per facility protocol. The surveyor's liked it. Of course, I still personalize each ADL care plan and there is always something to add.
