In our facility, I notify out of state guarantors per phone and document date and time of call along with any other information.  This is then sent for signature.  Our FI accepts this notification as timely.  The same information is also documented in the resident record for those occurrences when the family fails to return a signed copy.  We consider those to have requested demand submissions. -----Original Message----- From: dawn [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2004 6:18 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Cut letter   To the gang....
