well good luck Lisa, sounds like you are
going to need it. I have been @ a couple of positions that have been
vacant for a while and it was a nightmare. Kind of like "why did I take this
Job?" I don't know how big your new facility is or if the software can
tell you who is overdue for assessments? The first thing I did was to go
thru each chart and see when the last person had an MDS done and were they
overdue? are they due next for a quarterly? annual? I hate to take a
lot of "lates"
@ one job but, at least I got caught up and
stayed current.
