Hello to all      Is it required to do an omra if your projections of minutes were not met do to resident refusals for tx and rug rate dropped on the fourteen day + adm  to special care and the omra falls outside the fourteen day window.? adm date_ 2-16-04 five day - rmc  2-20-04 14 day +adm - se2 2-26-04 cut day of therapy2-20-0 omra sch 3-1-04? fourteen day pays for nothing but satisifies requirements for pps and obra omra starts payment 3-1-04 thru 3-16-04 30 day will pay for 3-17-04 to 4-15-04 MUST AN OMRA BE DONE nancy soooooooooo much
