surveyors tend to like the narrative summaries better than check off lists. You can go into detail and explain away some of your triggers. On the other hand you can go into detail and explain why something triggered and what you are doing about it.

I really need some help with Raps.  We do not do rap summaries  and i feel we should.  Could you give some idesa of what you do at your facility?  Does anyone have a rap sheet they are willing to share with me?
