Well, when they came in they saw chemicals (cleaning supplies, mouthwash, etc) in areas the resident's could get to, so we got immediate jeopardy yesterday but we corrected it before we/they left for the night.  They told us last night it was now an "extended survey" (would this be related to the immediate jeopardy or something else?).
