We do not do training here, we send "unit techs" (a position developed for transporting, making beds, collecting trays, passing ice, etc.- non-direct care) to a school for CNA training. I wonder what other penalty we may face?

Yes, this is related to the IJ. If you look at your scope and severity grid, IJ tags fall into Substandard Quality of Care. (OUCH). It means more paperwork for them to review. If your facility has a nurse aid training program in house or you are a clinical site for a training program, you may lose those programs. Check with your local Nurse Aide Registry to see what would disqualify you from participating in those types of programs.
