Would any one be willing to share their turning and positioning program? We dont have an actual program. All we do is document on the TAR T&P q2hr with a check mark. Prior to August we used this to code turning and positioning on the MDS but have not been since. We have a high percentage of residents that we do turn and position q2hrs and I would like for the staff to get credit for it on the MDS.
