I have been doing the MDS since 1991, and I can't follow the schedule your new facility has set up.  Seems like with so many dates to do this and that they are just setting themselves up for errors.  Did the last MDS nurse have a lot of late assessments or errors?  Man, good luck, but I think you should get them to change the way the scheduling is done.  KISS, Keep It Simple cause I am Stupid, has always worked for me.  Good luck
