You can modify the ARD, with the reason being "Data
entry error".

We have just discovered that we have submitted a
14 day assessment with
the wrong date. The date that was submitted makes
the lookback period fall
on day 10. All the information that was
entered was for the observation
date of day eleven so the info is correct
but somehow the date was entered
wrong. How do we correct this? Thanks for
