Refer to your RAI manual pg 3-194, "15 minute tme increments cannot be
obtained by combining P3a, P3b, and P3c". As long as both Passive and active
are done daily in 15 minute increments and documented and care planned, it
doesn't say theyre not separate. Also see pg. 3-193, they separate bed
mobility and ambulation.

When using restorative to achieve a rehab low for Medicare, what programs
cannot be used together? I have been told bed mobility & ambulation are
considered one program as well as PROM & AROM. Is this correct & are there
others? What
